Macdonald Realty's Luxury Home Magazine has played a pivotal role in advancing the company's marketing efforts and assisting Macdonald Realty real estate agents in effectively showcasing their luxury listings to discerning buyers and clients. 
Published quarterly in both digital and print formats, the magazine had a print run of over 4,000 copies distributed throughout British Columbia and via the esteemed network partners within LeadingRE across North America.

Contributions
Leveraging previous experience, I was selected to spearhead the creation of the inaugural edition of the magazine. My responsibilities encompassed crafting a distinctive and unified design aesthetic, aligning seamlessly with the Macdonald Realty brand. This intricate development process spanned a period of 2-3 months and culminated in the successful production of the magazine's maiden edition.
To facilitate collaboration among my colleagues and fellow designers, I also created a comprehensive set of page and file templates, encompassing diverse typography and layouts, along with accompanying documentation. In the autumn of 2015 the publications name was changed to Macdonald Realty Home Collection.
